Terms and Conditions for Import Products

  • Wholesale prices are exclusive of GST, Postage & Handling. Unless otherwise specified delivery will be via Australia Post or a courier option if it is more economical and will be charged at cost. Some larger items may not be economical to send to some places such as Mid and Far North Qld, NT and WA. Contact us for a quote. Contact us re large orders. "Specials" will be charged postage "at cost". Minimum freight is $25
  • Our Freight arrangement is Business to Business so we would prefer a Business/Non-residential address. If you do give us a residential address it could cost substantially more. Also we will automatically give Authority to Leave to avoid re-delivery charges. We will pass on any futile delivery/redelivery charges we receive from our freight company. Note that most freight companies are now charging for a "futile delivery" whether you subsequently pick it up from a depot or have it re-delivered. You will receive emails from the freight company as to the day of delivery - be aware that these can sometimes go to junk or spam depending on your email settings. If your hours are NOT 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday you must let us know so we can put on your shipping delivery file - this can help avoid unnecessary re-delivery fees.
  • Freight will be charged on Back Orders.
  • Pro-Forma payment up front for first order then thereafter payment is due on receipt of order - we will however assess this on a case by case and regular basis dependent on customer's payment promptness history. If you wish to extend those terms you are welcome to do so via your Credit Card - no surcharge fee charged
  • Minimum order is $250.00. No refund or return on "Specials"
  • Unless otherwise specified an order will be made up with a variety of colours from our range. Out of stock items will be substituted with the closest match.
  • Supply is subject to availability
  • Import Products is not liable for any delivery problem beyond it's control
  • Title will not pass to the buyer until the purchase price is fully paid
  • Any problem with stock needs to be notified to us within 30 days preferably by email with images of the problems. we will then assess and if necessary credit customers account for use on a future order.
  • Privacy - We will not knowingly pass on or use your information for anything other than contact with you regarding your orders with us
